Our Enhanced Magazine Baseplate is designed for Lancer® 5.56 / .300 BLK magazines.

Machined from billet 7075-T6 aluminum and finished with Type III hardcoat anodizing, it increases the capacity of standard 30-round Lancer 5.56 magazines by +4 rounds.

Built with aggressive geometry and pronounced knurling, the baseplate improves grip, indexing, and control during reloads. A drain channel on the underside supports use in wet or maritime environments.

For a clean and refined appearance, the baseplate is retained internally by a custom steel retaining pin. A steel security screw is then installed over the retaining pin to provide added reliability under hard use.

Installation Instructions

• Ensure the magazine is unloaded before installation. Compatible only with Lancer 5.56 / .300 BLK magazines.

• Remove the OEM baseplate and the lower spring plate attached to the magazine spring. These parts will not be reused.

• Depress the spring and slide the Enhanced Magazine Baseplate onto the magazine body. Due to tolerance variation between magazines, fitment may be snug. If needed, apply lubricant to the baseplate channels and gently tap the baseplate into position with a mallet until fully seated. Do not proceed until the baseplate is completely seated.

• Install the steel retaining pin and torque to 0.5 Nm.

• Apply blue Loctite® to the silver steel security screw and install it over the retaining pin. The magazine is now ready for use.
